Calm blend, to soothe the womb, reduce cramps and anxiety.

This blend of herbs will relax and tone the womb. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, mildly sedative and calms the nervous system. It helps with pelvic pain and menstrual cramps as well as helping to reduce anxiety and lift the spirit.

Ingredients: motherwort, chamomile, lavender

50 grams of herbs in a resealable, reusable or recyclable tin, enough for three steams.
